Consider access when Building in the winter in Colorado Mountains

• 0:01 - 0:05 All right Michael, this is Jesse and saira here. We're. • 0:07 - 0:34 We're rolling up. This is your driveway here. It's actually been quite in decent condition. I took the alternate route that I think you would give in to Angela and we're getting right up in here. So that little section off a second more Trail needs to get plowed and leading up to this point for about two or three hundred feet. Now. This is this is the actual driveway. This is Michael driveway. It's coming down into here. So this is all looking pretty good, but.

• 0:36 - 1:05 Dump trucks coming down into here. We are going to need to work this a little bit and to open this up a little bit for the dump trucks and make sure that we at least get a little plow job, but it tomorrow is supposed to be really warm. So if we set up all of our truck deliveries, it's a little tight through here as well Michael. I think that we may need to take out some of these trees just to open things up to the dump trucks just one or two little spots. This spot needs to get Cloud very least.

• 1:10 - 1:28 We're going to get all the way up into here. He did work this little bit. I'd like I'm probably just gonna grate it made it out with the machines and get it all to melt in but it will be, you know, probably half a day's worth of work with machine now, we're out here. • 1:32 - 1:36 At your job site and there is a bit of snow on the ground as you can see.

• 1:44 - 2:10 This snow, you know, we can clear it and push the side but that's that's just an extra amount of time and labor to manage and keep Snow separated from our from our dirt in our soil. But wow, what a beautiful. What a beautiful home sites. Amazing. All right, like so this is intense and Angie. This is the entrance coming. • 2:14 - 2:18 So guys are still the truck trying to do too many things at once.

• 2:19 - 2:49 So this is the engine of this all needs to be cleared. And you know, I Feel Michael that you're very much going to be better off and happier over the long run and it's gonna be less accidents and damage to equipment and trucks if we can just do a couple little spots of widening on this driveway. I know that and you did some driveway planning for you. I don't know what was on the extent of that. She talked to me a little bit about it. But this this is coming all the way into here and now we have.

• 2:50 - 3:20 This snow pack on the road here. So what I'm going to do is restore, it's not too bad. So this is that's just the one little section but I'm going to go ahead and restore the little salt spreader that you sent me and if we have to use that to mean that that you that you gave us with will have to use that to maintain this road will be able to do that for you not having extra. • 3:20 - 3:22 Hard for that salts better use.

• 3:28 - 3:40 All right. So this is another Super challenging section right here coming up. This is coming up Goldberg and this is a steep north-facing I see. • 3:42 - 3:42 Suction.

• 4:30 - 4:33 I think that may be what we want to do like kind of miss this on the Waylon. • 4:34 - 4:52 This is section super critical. I think we need to push our delivery guy to push our deliveries till Friday. But yeah.
